Metformin pcos weight loss success stories
After I got married (and our eating habits only changed for the better) and shortly before marriage, I started putting on the pounds. The only symptom I never experienced (until recently) was weight gain. Ohh small plates really help to control portion sizes. When I started I was under the impression it would be fairly quick, but my doctor warned me it would be six months to a year, and I think that was a fair warning. What really helped me was that I took out the high calorie foods and drinks ie: Starbucks and all pop. To me, the more effective weight loss part of Metformin is the way it curbed my sugar and carb eating. Fertility or Infertility is a very sensitive and personal matter.
